Thank you for shopping with us! We'll usually ship out your order the same day except on Sundays and/or if you purchased after 4pm (pst). We mostly ship via USPS Standard Shipping or UPS. Orders will arrive to you in 1-5 days depending on your location. If you purchase an 'Online Exclusive' with an item that isn't, you will receive two packages from us.
Are you local? You can shop online and select the Local Pickup tab when checking out! When purchasing Online Exclusive items, please allow 3-4 days for processing. When your order is ready, you will receive a pick-up is ready email.
Exchanges and Returns
Online Exchanges:
Doesn't fit? Let's make it right! We accept exchanges within 10 days of the day you receive your purchase. Please email us at hello@terracottagorgeco.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange and we will provide you with accurate postage at no charge. After we inspect and approve your item(s) we can make an exchange order with a different size or style or we'll provide you with store credit. We do not accept exchanges after 10 days.
For online purchases:
You can return unwanted items within 10 days of the day you receive your purchase for a full refund. 'Online Exclusive' items are only available for exchange or store credit. Please email us at hello@terracottagorgeco.com with your order number and the items you wish to return and we will provide you with accurate postage. You will receive a refund upon inspection and approval. Merchandise needs to be in original condition with tags and needs to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. We have the right to deny any returns if we are not able to re-sale the item/s. Return shipping will be deducted from your total refund unless it's an exchange. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please include the packing slip with your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns after 10 days.
For in-store purchases:
We accept returns for a refund to original form of payment within 10 business days. We do not refund after 10 business days, however, we accept exchanges and/or return for store credit up to 15 business days of your initial purchase. Merchandise needs to be in original condition with tags and needs to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. We have the right to deny any returns if we are not able to re-sale the item/s.
Non-returnable items include:

- Bath and body products
